Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not typically offer refunds once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

Physical goods may be eligible for return and refund under the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
Customized or personalized items.
Intimate goods (e.g., undergarments) for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges are only available for physical goods under the following conditions:
The item is defective or damaged.
The item is the wrong size or product due to an error on our part.
